FLOW YOGA FOR BEGINNERS is a primer in basic flow yoga practice, featuring a succession of moves that progress slowly, but exhibit a constant motion. There is less holding of moves here, instead focusing on a fluid choreography of yogic motions. Some flexibility or prior yoga experience would be ideal for the potential practitioner.
